Peugeot 205 GTI 1600cc - STOCK HATCH

Prepared from a standard road car, this was developed for the Stock Hatch formula. As the name suggests the car is virtually standard, with the exception of safety equipment and suspension. Meticulous attention to detail combined with a lifeing programme on vulnerable parts netted a 4th overall at our first attempt. The car was commissioned by Alan Blencowe; This was his entry into motor racing and two years later Alan competed in the British Touring Car Championship. During the season a second Peugeot, Driven by Darren Blumson was added to Tolman Motorsport's Stable. Darren Finished 5th, going on to win the overall championship in 2005.
